Use this form to pre-order any of the following upcoming books directly from the publisher, Channel Lake, Inc.. Books are available at a 50% discount off the retail price, if you order a minimum of ten (10) copies. These books are generally shipped within 24 hours after we receive your order.

Special Sales Order Discount: Books are available for pre-order at a discount of 50% off the retail price. To qualify for this discount, you must order a minimum of ten (10) copies of the same book.

Shipping: The books will be shipped on or around the date of publication, or when the books become available for shipment, whichever is latest. Domestic (Continental U.S.) shipping is your choice of 18% of the total purchase price, or a flat rate of $6.50. For international shipping options, please send an e-mail to the address above.

Return Policy: You may return any or all of the books ordered via this form (less shipping & handling) within 30 days after the books have shipped. You may also request a full refund (including shipping) at any time before the books are shipped.

Sales Tax: Books shipped to New York State are subject to an 8% sales tax. If these books are for resale, you may send your resale certificate to waive the sales tax charge. Contact us for more information.

Book Trade: If you are primarily a book retailer (a bookstore or online bookstore), wholesaler, or library, you may not use this form. Please contact Midpoint Trade Books or your wholesaler for ordering information.
